 Responsible for establishment of National Environmental Quality Standards and their implementation in Industries, commercial activities and on Road Activities.
 Played major role in strengthening of the Pak EPA Laboratory. Purchase of laboratory equipments through grant-in-aid from international donor agencies including Canadian International Development Agency and Japan International Cooperation Agency
 Carried out air quality monitoring of second largest city of Pakistan viz Lahor to asses the impact of mobil as well as stationary sources.Particulasrly with SPM and vehicular emission including anthropogenic activities.
 Jointly carried out SPM2.5 and SPM10 sampling for mega cities of Rawalpindi and capital of Pakistan with Japan International Cooperation Agency to develop CLEAN AIR PAKISTAN PROJECT (CAP)of amounting 30 billion alongwith the installation of fix air monitoring stations .
 Supervised the analytical research in Pak-EPA Laboratory by a team of chemists, chemical technicians and technologists.
 Supervised Korean volunteers to carry out wastewater quality monitoring in Islamabad under Korean International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) funded project.
• Trained the Laboratory team in the use of modern analytical equipment for analysis of sample and data obtained from various sources including industries, municipalities, water resources and other natural locations from all over the country for conformity with the National Environmental Quality Standards (NEQS).
• Implemented National Environmental Quality Standards (NEQS) and advised the stakeholders about conformance with the NEQS in respect of conventional pollutants.
• Worked as Pakistani counterpart with Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) expert.
• Monitored the affluent discharge from industrial units in the federal capital Islamabad and other locations across the country.
• Advised the stakeholders on implementation of Pakistan Environmental Protection Act, 1997.
• Formulation of Rules and Regulations under Pakistan Environmental Protection Act, 1997 with consultation of FPCCI, Public sector and private sector.
