➢ Technical and non-technical support for Cisco Systems Inc.’s global supply chain management.
➢ Handling support cases from EMEA, APAC, US and Canada region.
➢ Conducting huddle for new hires.
➢ Auditing cases to ensure there is zero error from our site.
➢ Creating daily, weekly and monthly reports using Salesforce CRM regarding the cases worked on the site.

➢ Engaging with various cross function team/ 3rd party freight forwarders (3PL) to ensure the goods/ services are delivered/ provided in a timely manner.
➢ Create Return Material Authorization (RMA) and credit note for the damaged/ lost/ under and over shipments after verifying the same, and to obtain approvals from the necessary teams.
➢ Engaging with the customs authority of the county for shipments on hold.
➢ Obtaining all the necessary certificates from the concerned internal and external (government agencies) for export purpose.
