 Recruitment & Onboarding
• Leading total recruitment cycle and provide guidelines for onboarding process - Local legislation, migration and strategy

 Compensation and Benefits - (Managing total payroll of 1000+ headcount for 3 legal entity and one Division)
• Managing the complete Payroll cycle, process employee benefits, deductions, EOSB and Employee separation.
• Ensure process is compliant with country statutory and regulatory requirements of entity with highest confidentiality
• Leave management and Digital time attendance system
• Ensure all the internal controls and policies are adhered during the process and are in line with compliance
• Maintenance of Payroll HRMS and ESS (Employee Self Service) in a Functional level.
• Developing the Financial and Operation reporting
• Ensure all payroll team members are updated and trained throughout the year on payroll practices and processes
• Managing the complete off boarding and exit formalities

 HR Analytics
• Advice employees about internal policies and Labor law providing support according to the policy.
• Responsible for providing the inputs to the various stake holders on the bases of Exit interview, Diversity and employees feedback, to identify the operational gaps and further to make the policies
• Yearly Manpower Budget planning and Part of By-Annual performance review (Workforce and Staff)
• Liaise with Dept. Heads HR, Finance, IT, Audit, Compliance and Divisional management to in making the strategy and policies.
• Managing the Employee master Dashboard - Retention, Attritions, workforce demographics.
• Conduct regular audit to ensure the data integrity and compliance
