Will be operated by Saudi German Hospitals Group, the 32, 432 square meters, 300 beds hospital.The project also features a staff housing building and includes a provision for both horizontal and vertical expansion.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Solving technical issues, providing turnkey solution, management and preparing reports and preparing the detailed Shop Drawings.
Reviewing the material submittal and check compliance with the project specifications, design requirements and international codes.
Preparing the technical and commercial comparison for materials to select the best quality with minimum cost.
Preparing check list for each civil/structural items on related codes and project specifications for fast and accurate review.
Resolving design and development problems at site.
Oversee the efficiency of implementation of quality assurance /quality system and procedures.
Review the project submittals, design drawings, RFI, MIRs.
Record and resolve all deviation concerning the design specification and standards.
Carry out site inspections to ensure work is in compliance with approved drawings and specifications.

The project scope involves engineering consultancy services of design review and construction supervision of some 3, 400 buildings on 600 sites across Saudi Arabia.
Duties And Responsibilities:
Assist the Senior Resident Engineer with prompt exchange of correspondence, submittals and RFI’s to contractors.
Monitor the progress of the submittal review in coordination with the Core Team, and respond to contractors as required.
Assist the Senior Resident Engineer in reviewing the contractors progress at all times, monitor the material incorporated in the work, the materials stored at the site and contractor’s manpower and equipment.
Progress coordination, quality and safety meeting held at site as required and Identify constraints and recommend corrective measures.
Carry out of the contractor’s inspection, surveying and testing requests and subsequent completed reports.
Review and comment on the contractor’s Shop Drawings as delegated by the Senior Resident Engineer.
Monitoring the contractor’s Quality control process, review the contractor quality control / test reports.
Project: JABEL OMAR DEVELOPMENT PROJECT PHASE 2 / ZONE S3 & S4

The project is composed of 04 towers each 20 stories situated on top of 10 floor structural bases podium with a total built-up area of approximately 198, 451 square meters and total area of podium approximately 106, 703 square meters The project houses an array of hotels, apartments, residential units, and malls.
Duties And Responsibilities:
Lead the Civil Inspectors in the monitoring of the Contractor's performance concerning the Civil Works ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications, ITP and method of statement.
Day-to-day supervision of the site, including supervising and monitoring the progress and manpower.
Overseeing quality control, health and safety matters on site; and ensure that construction is performed as per safety plan.
Coordination between structural architectural and MEP.
Coordinating for testing of materials, processes or systems related to engineering works.
Reports to Senior Engineer site related issues(Daily submittals, inspection requests, Quality Safety, Progress, Resources, Risk, Material, and equipment’s delivered to site).
