• Develop PR campaigns and media relations strategies.
• Drafting, preparing and translating press releases, keynote speeches & promotional material.
• Maintaining direct media relations with local newspapers.
• Plan and facilitate logistics for all events, including guest lists, venue preparation, presentation, security, catering, entertainment, equipment, decor, and marketing materials.
• Preparing and assisting all departments in creating PowerPoints, PPM’s etc.
• Managing and coordinating internal events and several events for sub-companies.
• Organizing and assisting in Board of Directors Meetings, Board Sub Committees, Annual General Meetings and Extraordinary General Meetings of the Shareholders.
• Act as Board Chairman's confidant.
• Coordinate circulation of written Board resolutions and minutes of meetings for signatures of respective members.
• Carry out any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Board, Board Chair, a Board Committee, or the MD.
