CRE assistant
Receives calls and answers queries of patients & arrange appotiments
Give accurate and correct information about required inquiry
Maintains customer’s relationship ( CRE ).
Explain products ( medicines ) and services ( treatments ) to patients.
Attempts to provide immediate solution & treatment doctor.
