• Organize and implement recruitment process, screening, interviews, correcting test, selecting and inductions.

• Directly manage labourer’s tasks within the site and monitor their work.
• Reporting referral cases to the concerned department
• Resolves conflicts that may arise with CFW labourers concerning payment, performance, working hours, on-site services, or any other issues that may arise.

- Organize home visits and visits to the community

-Participate in developing teaching tools adapted to different audiences
some of my responsibilities as a Hygiene promoter in Action Against Hunger at rwayshed base included :
•Organize home visits and visits to the community to identify shortcomings in terms of hygiene and use of water.
•Participate in preparing training modules for the promotion of hygiene and water management.
• Participate in awareness session and developing teaching tools for water management and Hygiene.
• Supervisor for the youth committee, and responsible for its activities.
