Handle clinic's routine operations.
•Create and execute clinic related human resource and finance objectives and customer service
• Guide and support participation in patient care delivery regularly.
•Manage facilities, equipment, supplies, personnel and resources in relation to cost containment
• Execute clinical administrative policies and initiate action to enhance patient care programs.
• Examine and resolve complaints received from staff, visitors, patients, and physicians.
•Support policy formulation and execute budget by providing financial projections during budget development.
HR Administration
•Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements
•Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
•Provide HR support and advice to employees and line managers, explaining policies and procedures in a timely and effective manner
Payroll
•Liaise with Accounts department for the monthly payroll (monthly salaries, EOS, etc.)
•Approval of leaves, absences, staff induction, etc.
Policies and Procedures
•Assist in performance management processes
•Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
Recruitment
•Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
•Create and implement effective on boarding plans
•Work closely with the PRO and government officials to get employee/ family visas etc
•Liaising with recruitment companies to fill vacancies within the specified time frame
•Liaising with the designated outsourcing company
