Currently handling direct customers at one of the HNP stores located at Muscat City Centre where the crowd gets unbelievably packed but yet managing an outstanding job handling all kind of customers in deferent kind of requirements and complains. I have also received many thank you and happy customers’ comments appreciating my professional yet friendly customer care. Within a short period of time, I have been enrolled on developing the team on any new products and processes in the store and also training them to make sure they have enough knowledge on all the existing plus new products. Key Responsibilities:
Sell telecommunications products and services to both individuals and companies.
Build market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.
Book and install new lines/bundles/services to meet established monthly quotas.
Write and submit accurate orders.
Design customized, cost-effective solutions for the client.
Submit pricing and pre-qualification requests reflecting the client's requirements.
Maintain an updated database in sales database including all activities, partners, and opportunities with their current status.
Maintain open and effective lines of communication throughout the organization to maintain a sense of teamwork, enthusiasm, pride, and quality workmanship.
Capture and review any competitive intelligence gathered and proactively communicates this information to marketing.
Define personal and corporate revenue objectives.
Handling daily quality check reports, stock availability, and reconciliation as a shift in charge.
