• Performed static analysis, calculating margins using calculated stresses and material values from MMPDS
• Performed static strength analysis on touchscreen panel bracket, included the FEM model with fringe plots showing maximum stresses as well as hand calculations performed on all the surrounding fasteners using loads pulled from the Global FEM load cases.
• Performed Fatigue/DADTA analysis using crack growth models in Stress Check and internally developed programs
• Wrote final service engineering reports to be delivered to the customer in form of PDF, including all aspects of the project and explaining how each line item from the contract was performed throughout the life of the contract and what the final outcome was at the end.
• Modified the existing global finite element model to Implement permanent and temporary design changes
• Performed a thermal analysis for bonding two different metallic materials using FEM
• Performed a failsafe analysis on wing carry through lower Cover fuel drain Holes used for fleet safety
• Created isolated component IGES Geometry files to be used in Nlign OML model, for future use by customer for all damage data
• Completed a six-month Domestic Temporary Assignment in Tukwila, Washington in support of the B-1 FSFT Fuselage test article
• Provided customer support with technical inquiries regarding damage found during inspections on the Horizontal Stabilizer and its subcomponents, providing quick turnaround responses and complete dispositions on ground aircraft at various USAF bases.
• Six month rotation supporting project engineering work in various projects and with different departments
o Worked with Supply management group to help identify substitute parts using reference files such as previous Tech Orders
o Helped in creating the B-1 Structures Project Dashboard, which links all B-1 projects to a single webpage while also pulling real time data from other excel files to see updated weekly status numbers as well as projected budget calculations.
• Active Member of Engineering Central Site support team, supporting a healthier work environment.
o External Engagement focal, working with companies such as ANSYS and Dessault (CATIA) to setup online lunch and learn series of sessions through effective and professional communication.

Member of a group project to help three young students from ages 6 to 9 who had disabilities and were unable to press the gas pedal of a toy car. We engineered it to work electronically with hand levers and buttons according to the child's specific measurements and placement of their hands. This was a fulfilling and nice project to be a part of and incorporated all engineering subjects from mechanical, electrical, software and physically building with all the necessary tools.
