• Manage the complete Design Process activities for both Real estate, Retail & Hotel Divisions projects.
• Identify and Manage Projects' MEP Scope.
• Conduct project Studies.
• Develop and Control schedules of design activities.
• Assist in MEP Budget including the development of Design activities budgeting.
• Invite, Evaluate and Award Design Packages to local consultants / Designers.
• Identify Procurement packages and report progress of procurement plan.
• Manage and Control Deliverables’ Quality. Perform quality assurance by Review & Coordinate design packages.
• Control Quality of deliverables by performing scheduled check and conduct coordination meeting between Different consultants and Revise BOQ’s and specifications to ensure compliance with the design drawings.
• Manage and Control Changes in design and construction. • Assesse, evaluate its impact to the project, and filter the change requests, so the project committee could translate the requests to change orders.
• Monitor Work Progress construction activities to ensure alignment with project approved scope and manage site RFIs, Submittals...etc.
• Prepare time schedule and submission dates for both Mechanical models and shop drawings.
• Review and Study Plumbing/Fire Fighting and Medical Gases Design Drawings Package.
• Review and Study Project Specs, Materials Schedules, Hydraulic Calculations and Technical Reports
• Prepare RFI's. For Any Missing Design Data or any Technical Inquires.
• Prepare General Arrangement Sections for MEP Services in the building in corporate with Different disciplines.
• Follow Up Modeling and Coordination of HVAC, Plumbing and Firefighting systems and solve any conflict between different services.
• Prepare Check list for preparing shop drawings and Review work shop drawings.
• Prepare Builders Work Shop Drawings and Coordinate it With Both Arch and Structure Drawings.
• Apply Consultant comments on Shop Drawings If Any.
• Periodically Issue Revit and Navis Clash Report and Check the Deviation and Update General Arrangement Section.
• Participate with Technical office Manager in Preparing estimated Work Time and Submission dates.
• Participate with BIM manager to Identify Clash Report Criteria.
Responsible for designing HVAC (cooling & ventilation), plumbing (supply &drainage), fire fighting, oil drainage networks and compressed air network for CATERPILLAR(MANTRAC) facilities, workshops, warehouses and office buildings in Uganda, Dubai Tanzania, Kenya, Ghana and Nigeria according to ASHRE, NFPA, ASPE and different codes.

Responsible for following up, execution and supervision the construction of our company new floating hotels "ships" in different ship yards along the river Nile:
1- Piping networks work (water supply system, sprinkler system, HVAC, engines cooling systems, hot water networks and swimming pool piping.
3- Electro mechanical erection work:
-water treatment stations (filters, pumps and pressure tanks).
- Boilers and heat exchangers.
-sprinkler system stations (pumps, pressure tanks, zone valves and test valves).
- Chillers piping (condenser cooling cycle, chilled water cycles, fan coil units, AHU and water regulating valves).
- Fire fighting and bilge pumps.
4- HVAC and Ventilation duct work (supply, return& exhaust) and fixing different types of fans.
4- Swimming pool piping and pumps (filtration, supply, drain, jets and back wash).
5- Engines and generators installation and startup.
6- Coordinate between forging consultant, electromechanical consultant and interior consultant and shipyard.
7- Make collection for the required materials.
8- Coordinate with the foreman, contractors and technicians and ensure the smooth flow of work.
9- Conduct site surveys immediately on approval of drawings to check for suitability of Installation.
10- Report to immediate superior if there is any deviation observed at site.
11- Schedule with the consultant the flow of work.
12- Ensure that all technical and safety parameters are taken care of at the time of Installation.
13- Set the plan of action to achieve the required man hours for each phase of the Installation activity.
14- Make extractors for the contractors after each work stage.
A- Responsible for maintenance of:
1-marine engines and gearboxes (CARERPILLAR 3408-MAN-REINGTS)
2- Generators (CATERPILLAR 3406-3408-3306-VOLVO).
3- Pumps, boilers, rudder and chillers
4- Water treatment systems.
5- Swage treatment systems
6- Kitchen &laundry equipments.
7- Swimming pools
B- Following up different maintenance operations of the floating hotel during periodical Dry Dock.
C-following up and supervision engines and generators rebuilding.
