Support the business performance and Drive effective ways of working by implementing
the basics of NCE (nestle continuous excellence)
- Build the maturity inside the organization by implementing TPM (total performance
management)
- Establish the TPM structure and manage the pillars activities to drive the 3
transformations (result, people and the workplace)
- Improve company collective knowledge and work on capability building by training,
coaching and assessment.
- Translate business priority into projects and activities (OMP) and measure the
improvement by ensuring the right cascading of the KPIs, track them in the structured
operational reviews.
- Support the manufacturing standard by driving the problem solving tools culture.
- Maintain the zero-loss mindset (going to zero) by encouraging and recounting the best
practices.
- Under responsibility 20 lafarge employees and more than 40 permanent subcontractors.
- Perform yearly production planning based on MTP (midterm plan) and fixe the yearly
material consumption budget, energy, and other fixed and variable costs.
- Optimize a monthly production forecast for all product types and draw a weekly
production planning and study its accuracy.
- Work on reliability and MTBF improvement by acting as key role in preventive
maintenance preparation.
- Improve clearly the housekeeping of workshop by working on system improvement,
weekly and yearly stoppage ( Changing 80% of the oldest chuts which have been changed
for the first time)
- Automate the shift reporting (google forms) with mail sent automatically and create
online database to facilitate access to standard and procedures
- Create walk by inspection check list for production team with daily planning
- Daily monitoring of the cement mills operations with abnoramlities tracking.
- Verification of critical sensors, measurement of false airs, and optimization of the cement
mills output.
- In-depth weekly and monthly analysis of the performance, and quantification of the main
causes of the loss
- Internal inspection of main equipment (crushers, filters, fans, separators, etc.),
- Perform full audits of the grinding zone (material balances, energy balances, air balances,
humidity balances, etc.).
- Communication of dangerous situations on site, and check their elimination.
- Do VFL (felt leadership visit) - security awareness visit and Participate in site safety audits.
