DESIGNATION: CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE, INVENTORY CONTROL SPECIALIST - WAREHOUSE DEPARTMENT (SEP 2019 - PRESENT)
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
• Keep close coordination with clients to assess daily activity.
• Generate and transfer the documents for warehouse daily activity, Inbound, Outbound and stock count.
• Daily update of inbound and outbound shipments details in monthly invoicing report.
• Prepare client invoicing monthly.
• Ensure all inventory transactional are made as per their satisfaction.
• Clarifying the issues related to the integrity of WMS.
• Prepare custom requirements for import/export shipments.
• Compiling data and reports to be finally transmitted onwards to clients.
• Arrange the transportation for outbound /inbound shipments as per the client requirements.
• Ensure that all client orders are dispatch within the timelines.
• Responsible for directing the flow of goods into, through and out of the organization’s storage facilities, liaises with the marketing, customer relations and warehousing departments to ensure that the customer’s order is properly filled with the exact goods that were requisitioned.
• Monitoring and maintaining current inventory levels, ensuring quantities that appear in the system are accurate with Physical stock, if finds a difference between the stocks on hand and the records, have to investigate the discrepancy. If necessary, adjusts the errors in the system, under the direction of the warehouse manager
• Coordinates and manages daily physical cycle counts and reconciles if actual counts reports.
• Responsible for ensuring warehouse has the right amount of stock to meet customer needs and also to avoid overstocking items.
• Estimating the time &cost for monthly/quarterly/half yarely/yearly as per Clint necessities.
Planning and conducting stock take as per contract requirement and clause.
• Maintaining levels of inventory, reporting monthly inventory levels, labeling and recording inventory for future use.
• Track all inbound schedule which coming to the warehouse and data entry of goods receipt (GRN) into ERP system.
• Prepare arrival notice, invoice, release order, delivery orders and support customer with proper information and processes.
• Other activities (investigation claims, expiry management, hold management, adjustment, system monitoring & observation, location survey empty location, Re-warehousing, Location cubic-capacity auditing volume of material etc.)

JOB RESPONSIBILITY
• Managing a team of E - Com operations and ensure that all customer orders are picked and dispatch within the timelines.
• Responsible for overseeing brand website and ensures that orders raised by customers are processed in system.
• Maintaining Inventory and associate records.
• Responsible for overseeing a wide variety of warehouse activities including of shipping and receiving of shipments.
• Track product history and transaction details through the system to ensure items are properly located for easy tracking and related information is generated swiftly.
• Arrange the goods in Warehouse in a scientific and orderly manner as per brands/ reference. In order to keep an overall control of stocks.
• Schedule unloading of inbound shipments.
• Customer deliveries.
• Quality control.
• Inbound and Outbound working.
• Perform in a manner consistent with company Vision, Mission Statement and Operating Principles.
• Responsible to get monthly Key Performance Indicator & Individual Development Plan for the teams.
• Manage and maintain the company‘s material, stocked product inventory including stock profiles, stock locations, maximizing the space, systematically labelling the locations, managing credit notes, RCA for all adjustments & perform adjustment as per approval hierarchy
• Cumulative PI report equivalent to stock count report.
• Ensure picking / dispatch / receiving is carried out smoothly and efficiently.
• Ensure to achieve set target as per the plan for receiving, picking, put away & dispatching.
