Complete Structural, Architectural & External Quantity take off and
Measurements using Auto CAD and Prepare tender adjustment sheet.
Study tender documentation e.g. contract conditions, technical
specifications, Bill of Quantities to ascertain requirements in order to
provide necessary technical support and input relating to
measurement and/or contractual issues to ensure complete and
satisfactory tender submission.
Prepare & Send RFQ for (materials, vendors & subcontractors),
follow‐up, prepare technical evaluation sheet, send & acquire
responses and compliance sheets to prepare quotation comparison
sheet .Advise the best quotation on the basis of the technical proposals
submitted, compliance to scope of work and delivery period of long
lead items.
Study the tender drawings/bulletins/clarification responses from
client and reflect the same to suppliers/vendors/subcontractors to get
the offers as per final & revised information from client.
Review client's responses, terms & conditions and suppliers/
subcontractors offers then prepare the qualifications/ exceptions/Deviations and other issues which could affect the prices or project duration.
Participate in the preparation of the tender schedule, manpower histogram, S‐Curve, equipment
schedule, organization chart with accompanying CVs of proposed qualified personnel.
Participate and coordinate with estimation team to updates tender Register which shall include tender
internal ref, title, closing date, bond, submitted value, validity, technical and commercial clarifications if
any, award status, etc.
Valuation Of Work Done For Interim Payment Application
Identifying and Calculating the Variation Due To the Changes in the Employer’s Requirement and Other
Related Situations as Applicable as per the contract.
Verifies subcontract measurements and payment applications.
Prepare The Payment Certificate For Sub Contractor.
Checking Quantity of LPO from Procurement department
Prepare the Quantity for material order on site
Perform other duties as assigned.
Quantity takes off using AutoCAD.
Valuation of Work Done For Interim Payment Application.
Verifies subcontract measurements and payment applications.
Prepare the Payment certificate for Sub Contractor.
Update monthly payment certification report.
Co-ordination with sub-contractors & client.
Preparation of Technical Queries.
Prepare and send RFQ for suppliers and sub-contractors.
Preparation of BOQ for the subcontractors’ packages.
Preparation and review of subcontract documents.
Co-ordination, checking and correction of the discrepancies in the particular specifications,
B.O.Q and drawings.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Preparation of daily work progress reports and maintains the log sheet and report to the client.
Monitor Subcontractor’s work & approve their Invoices.
Compare prices & rates of the materials from suppliers, Prepare Local Purchase Orders.
Preparing Bill of Quantity for the contractors assigned for the project
Inspecting site for checking interior fit out works.
Prepare the daily wages and overtime of labour.
Participation in design progress meetings, design review meetings and design coordination workshops.
Coordination with other discipline engineers as applicable for the continuity of the project
Perform other duties as assigned.
