1. Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping
goods
2. Oversee the efficient flow of materials, ensuring timely delivery of orders
3. Ensure proper maintenance of warehouse equipment and a clean, organized
environment
4. Manage and maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts and audits.
5. Implement procedures to ensure inventory accuracy and efficiency
6. Track inventory levels and resolve any discrepancies
7. Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff to ensure productivity and
adherence to procedures.
8. Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to the team
9. Develop and enforce safety procedures and ensure compliance with OSHA
regulations
10.Conduct regular inspections and safety audits to maintain a secure warehouse.

1. Control the movement of stock within the inbound warehouse.
2. Control stock retrieval to ensure maximum efficiency.
3. Control shelf-life ageing report for materials needed and control expired products
according to the quality procedures.
4. Match all the delivery against the Purchase order to ensure the completion of each
delivery prior to any GRN posting.
5. Plan daily stock counts in accordance with the SAP cycle count requirements.
6. Count stock and investigate any discrepancies found.

1. Control the movement of stock within the inbound warehouse.
2. Plan daily workload in liaison with duty Team Manager or Supervisor.
3. Control stock retrieval to ensure maximum efficiency.
4. Control shelf life ageing report for materials needed and control expired products
according to the quality procedures.
5. Ensure all the Rejected dump docket is raised for the damaged/rejected materials and
posted into SAP accordingly.
6. Match all the delivery against the Purchase order to ensure the completion of each
delivery prior to any GRN posting.
7. Notify duty Team manager, Supervisor of any problems encountered with SAP
immediately.
8. Ensure detailed shift handover with incoming stock controller before leaving work.
9. Ensure all SAP data entries are correct and on time.
10.Ensure GRN`S are raised online and communicate issue to concern.
11.Ensure copy of the GRN handover to supplier driver.
12.Issue work to pickers to achieve compliance with customers requirements (quantity,
quality and time).
13.Communicate with transport supervisor upon transportation requirements.
14.Liaise with outbound store upon finished goods requirements.
15.Communicate with planning, manufacturing and transport departments any potential
issues such as P.O availability, stock level, and reefer loading and unloading,
materials dispatch.
16.Carry out investigations into missing stocks ensuring all areas are explored.
17.Ensure materials dispatched to customers are posted in SAP online.
18.Monitor staff picking performance updating database throughout shift.
19.Plan daily stock counts in accordance with the SAP cycle count requirements.
20.Count stock and investigate any discrepancies found.
21.Ensure all materials required for external customers are dispatch on time.
22.Maintain all files ensuring daily forms are completed and logged.
23.Assist the duty Team manager, Supervisor whenever required and ensure cover
whilst he is on break times.
24.Monitor hygiene standards and detail cleaning teams wherever required.
25.Assist in the training of staff when required.
26.Carry out any other duties as requested by your immediate superior.
27.Ensure availability of all consumable items at all the time.
