Pre-inspection of damaged ULDs and Pallets prior to repair, ULDs and pallets workload and damage report writing, Identification of damaged parts using ULD IPLs and completion of the store materials request form for the needed spare parts and items retrieval from the store.

Repair of damaged ULD containers as per CMMs requirements for cargo loading which involves patch welding, Holes in body sheet repair, replacement of damaged/unserviceable body sheets (Herculite, Ultralite, Twintex and Aluminum sheets).

Straightening of bent aluminum extrusions, Repair of holes in base sheets, Replacement of ULD base sheets and damaged edgerails (ALF, AKE, AMF, and AMP) in line with the CMM requirements and safety standards at work.

Assembling of new ULDs - Nordisk, Safran and Satco ULD containers.


Bent Pallet Edgerails straightening and broken edgerails replacement, repair of holes in pallet base sheets and net fitting as per CMM requirements.

As a team player, was able to support the team in boosting up the total turn around maintenance of ULDs from 125 to 150 and above released for service on daily basis
