• Presiding over day-to-day work of Finance department, establishing short- and long-range, strategic financial plans, including capital budgets and capital management in accordance with the annual and long-range strategic planning of the company.
• Serving as a value-added business partner & challenger interacting and providing financial planning and decision support to business stakeholders.
• Developing and implementing financial planning & analysis best practices, procedures and processes to drive best in class forecast & planning, managerial & statutory reporting, business insight and analysis to support key members of the senior leadership team including Board of directors, Executive committee & Internal Audit Committee.
• Approver over company POs, financial consultations and AUPs engagements as per DOAM.
• Owning the annual budgeting process, approving authority for budgeting related activities.

• Superintending the finance team of 30 employees & 2 managers, providing leadership through a combination of empowerment and coaching with the objective of encouraging staff development and elevating team performance.
• Investigating, analyzing and presenting recommendations with respect to cost and revenue initiatives, including processes, re-engineering and detailed reviews. Preparing tenders calculation and review rental pricing.
• Providing financial oversight and management of monthly/quarterly/annual consolidated balance sheet, income statement and business cash flow, ensuring the credibility and accuracy of the financial statements whilst guaranteeing compliance with company laws and regulations.
• Supervised collection management both retail and whole sale collection.
• Implementing best-practices in cash flow management and treasury management. Managing the complex process, reviewing on a regular basis to identify/enhance the existing processes.
