of installation, startup, repair, training and modification on power

*Assist Facility HOD in installation, repair, maintenance and alteration
of production support machineries, equipment and building.
*Manage PM work for production support machineries, revise
routine facilities inspection and execute corrective measure as required.

Conduct analysis and propose procurement of facilities services.
Recommend solution and prepare relevant reports to ensure proper selection of outsourced services.

Responsibilities:
• Submitting reports to the company’s CEO.
• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repair work on facility
mechanical, electrical, and other installed systems;
• Maintain, operate all HVAC systems and associated equipment,
electrical equipment, plumbing systems, building management system, and building repairs;
• Perform facility inspections and report on condition affecting
• Monitor and supervise HVAC preventive Maintenance contracts.
• Respond to emergencies;
• Prepare and submit summary reports of conditions in buildings and
recommend actions to be taken.
• Review and understand equipment and methods of operation, BMS
system, fire/life safety, and other systems;
• Comply with all safety procedures and requirements;
• Maintain compliance to City, County, State ordinances and codes;
• Support any afterhours building needs and activities as required;
• Attend training sessions and seminars; and
• Other assigned tasks as requested.

to ensure minimum breakage/disruption. - Dispatching maintenance work orders and technicians at
a shortest possible time as per KPI requirements.- Monitoring staff daily activities and job completion.- Coordinate with Property Management to ensure tenant’s satisfaction of
maintenance services.- Daily check on equipment and have in each store an area with right
quantity and spare parts.- Assist with related administrative and human resource issues of his
team members.
