1.Assist in vetting and processing all purchases for the following, Miscellaneous (Food Products, Spare Parts, Fertilizers & Chemicals, General Equipments and Flowers) in accordance with Government and Astra Group Purchasing Policies and Procedures.
2.Ensure appropriate documentation and policies are utilized in all procurements to validate basis of purchasing and provide audit trail.
3.Assists with the Investigation and resolve invoice anomalies including rejected invoice adjustments as 8required.
4.Assists the Purchasing Manager with the investigation and management of product and evaluation of new and alternative items of supply and preparation of the appropriate documentation.
5.Review and maintain comprehensive price lists, product details and on suppliers.
6.Carry out expediting actions to ensure delivery date
1- Developing job descriptions, preparing advertisements, checking application forms, short listing.
2- Developing policies on issues such as working conditions and disciplinary procedures.
3- Advising on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits;
• Undertaking regular salary reviews;
• Negotiating with staff and their representatives on issues relating to pay and conditions.
5 -Handle all issues regarding social securities, health insurance, tours reservations, and petty cash payments
6 -Developing with line managers, HR planning strategies, which consider immediate and Long-term staff requirements in terms of numbers and skill levels, Listening to grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures
