Duties and responsibilities:
- Inspection of reinforcement, formworks and support for all structural preparation prior to submission of request for inspection to the consultant.
- Inspect concrete deliveries and monitor the material technician in performing slump and temperature test and taking cube samples.
- Responsible for sending the samples to the independent laboratory for compressive test.
- Assist the consultants in inspection of hollow core slab and girder reinforcement prior to pouring of concrete at the precast plant.
- Coordination to all discipline and inspection of every work e.g. blockwork, spray plastering, tiling, textured painting, false ceiling, granite/marble work, wooden doors, Pvc frame windows, built-in wardrobe, steel railings, aluminium cladding.
- Prepare method statement and inspection test plan.
- Closing of Non-Conformance Report.
- Supervise construction of manholes, laying of sewer/drainage line and all underground services like chilled water line, electrical cables, water supply, irrigation, telephone, backfilling & compaction, concrete/sand/gravel surround with geo-textile cloth. Installation of road kerbstone.
- Ensure uniformity of pipe slope, testing of services line prior to backfilling.
- Inspect manhole waterproofing, benching, grp lining, installation of backdrop.
- Managed to reduce the time by 2/3 in producing documents (Request for Inspection) by sharing “programs” to the group.
- Maintain good alliance with consultants and sub-contractors.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Review civil/structural shop drawing, method statement, and materials submittal.
- Recommend solution to problems that will arise and clear discrepancy through Technical Queries.
- Supervise concrete trial mix, plate bearing test, cube testing at laboratory.
- Inspect the construction of Mosque, sub-station, guard house, canteen, tents, wooden shade, fountains, outdoor swimming pool, gazebo, parking shade, bicycle/jogging lanes, foot path, rubber flooring, stamped concrete, piling for tents, and all indoor and outdoor finishing.
- Inspect the construction of Stables for horses, Administration building, Indoor and Outdoor Arena, Accommodation building, water tank, boundary chain link fence, fabricated metal and PVC fences, septic tank, installation of hollow core slab, sandwich panel roofing and landscaping.
- Verify delivered materials prior to installation
- Ensure that all work must comply; to specification and of best quality, to Municipality requirements.
- Inspect the installation of underground services; drainage and sewer line, irrigation and firefighting line, water supply, high voltage cable and telephone line, fibre optic cables.
- Installation of road gully, road kerbstone, paving blocks and const. soakaway.
- Preparation of backfilling materials. Testing of services prior to backfilling to be followed by field density test.
- Review of coordinated shop drawing for underground services and recommend solution to clashing of services line or to another substructure.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Inspect reinforcement, formworks embedded services for all reinforced concrete structures prior to concrete pouring.
- Inspection of fabrication & installation of steel trusses. check bolted and welded connections, close monitoring of magnetic particle inspection and sandwich panel roofing.
- Inspection of the construction of water features, underground retention tank, equine pool.
- Supervised plate bearing test, field density test. witnessed testing at laboratory
- Issue site instruction/non-conformance report with photos as evidence and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports with corresponding file photos.
- Conduct regular inspection and work approval for the laying of underground services; drainage/ sewer line, chilled water line, irrigation and firefighting line, water supply line, high voltage cable and telephone line. Diversion and reinstatement of existing sewer line including pumping and dewatering.
- Supervise the preparation of backfilling material.
- Inspection of the construction of manholes, waterproofing, application of GRP lining.
- Review of coordinated shop drawing for underground services and recommend solution to clashing of services line or to another substructure.
