•Leadership: As a Senior Scrum Master, Project Manager and Agile Coach, I was responsible for all the delivering for Sales, Aftersales and Leads new features from Salesforce Team to PSA. I was helping to Release Manager Teams for the implementation process and new features for Portugal and Spain. As a Senior Agile Coach&Scrum Master for 3 Squads: DSR, UX, and Testing. Agile fundamentals and new Scrum Scale procedures. JIRA grooming and refinement with the others Scrum Masters from PSA.
•Activities Done:
Delivered in PRO environment the new releases for PSA (Release 3.2.0 including Sales, Aftersales, New UX, and Leads) for Portugal and Spain on-time
Workshops, training, and events to PSA to educate using JIRA with Scrum methodologies adapted to PSA culture.
As an agile project manager, I did:
•To get things done using new agile and realistic procedures: QA automatization, Internal Delivery Agile Process, Sprint Demo Off-line with the POs (Customer)
• Prepare the weekly OpComm report from JIRA (No manual documents: slides)
•Transform from DevOps to DevSecOps at Scale by squads.
•Adoption & Change Management/Organizational change and communication.
•Track the status of launch prerequisites and adjust the engagement initiation phase start date accordingly.


As a Scrum Master&Agile Coach with the Teams:
•Establishes JIRA as a backlog repository (Admin, Access, Enrolment, Queries, Reports, Dashboards, Risks, Impediments, Sprints, Scrum, Kanban).
•Provided action-oriented insights when reporting on agile metrics and team performance.
•I coached the Development Team in self-organization, cross-functionality, and agile engineering practices, I helped to remove impediments to the Development Team’s progress and help. them to use common practices like daily planning and progress forecasts (like burndowns, burn-ups, and cumulative flows).
•Scrum-Scale Framework for the off and on-shore Salesforce DEV teams.
•Tribes, Squads, Scrumban, Chapters, and Guild as a base to work on this new agile methodology, Scaled Agile Management Platform - SAM.
•Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Daily Scrums and Retrospectives fo reach Squad (On/Offshore).
•Managed guidewire project team in an Agile environment, leading.
•Supported agile transformation at tribe and team levels, Facilitated the cooperation between roles of agile teams/squads, ensured efficiency and continuous process improvement followed by teams/Squads

Go-Live for version 1.0 in Production. Hypercare and Post-Go-Live Backlog estimation, teams, Service Now with ADO Control, Reports and Dashboards. Agile Release Train (ART): Definition and Operation for improvements and bugs fixes for Pre and Production environment. Target: To facilitate the CI/CD for deployment and release with the operation model for Azure and AWS. Stakeholders: Release Train Engineer (By myself), Deploy Manager, System Architect, Business Owners and System Team.
