As part of the company restructuring plan, I Joined in May 2018 to handle and enhance the department performance. Currently I am responsible for deal sourcing, arranging, structuring and advising the company and the Group on their Real Estate projects investments.

As a Head of Real Estate Funds Department the following Roles are part of my duties:

•Search an opportunities.
•Conduct an initial appraising.
•Negotiate the deal price and structure with the property owners.
•Conduct an initial due diligence.
•Structure the deal through a Private and Public Real Estate Funds and investment funds (licensed form Saudi Capital Market Authority -CMA).
•Arrange for Debt.
•Coordinate with sharia department .
•Prepare an investment summary, PPM, T&C
•Prepare a board memo and present it for them.
•Complete all the legal requirements for the deal Acquisition .
•Review, Submit and sign LOI, MOU’s, JV Agreement.
•Maintain a good relation with, research companies, consultancies, project managers, appraisal companies (JLL, Colliers, LandSterling, value Start and others).

As an Asset Manager for a Real Estate Funds the following Roles are part of my duties:

• Search an opportunities and create fund for it.
• Prepare the Placement Memorandum documents with coordination with the compliance officer.
• Set out the fund decision making procedures.
• Handle the fund board meetings and coordinate with the board members.
• Writing reports for the fund board.
• Comply with the laws and regulations valid in the kingdom related to the fund’s business.
• Manage the fund asset according to the fund’s terms and conditions.
• Ensuring the legality and validity of all contracts concluded for the benefit of the fund.
• Meet potential investors to market the investment opportunity for the fund.
• Invite investors to subscribe during the offer period.
• Coordinate with adverting agencies before, during the offer period and before selling the opportunity to conduct a strong and efficient marketing campaign.
• Send periodic reports (weekly &monthly) to the regulator.
• Handle the unit’s trades and transfer and make sure of registering them on the back.
• Maintain a register for all purchasing orders requests and selling orders related to the fund’s units.
• Performs investment appraisals and valuations with the help of the valuation companies.
• Maximizes sales efforts, implements effective selling, cross-selling channels, and efforts to achieve the department financial targets and objectives set by the management.
• Ensures adequate controls are in place and operating effectively to mitigate the risks in investment operations
• Reviews the operational and financial results of the fund and compares results against objectives and budgets.
• Maintains strong relationships with Saudi and international clients.
• Updates the management with details of incidents of significant reportable events, complaints, claims, errors, and rule breaches.

As Operation Manager the following Roles were the part of my duties.
•Supervising the front office (Customer service, Trading Dep., and Sales).
•Supervise the other branches performance, and maintain good coordination with the branch manager.
•Putting the work flow and procedures for the front office and insure that they are comply with it.
•Handling the clients complain.
•Handling trade mistakes and solve the related issues.
•Listen to the dealers and customer services calls to make sure that they are complying with the company policies and procedures.
•Make sure that all the front office is aware of company systems and workflow process to be able to deliver an excellent service to clients.
•Ensure all orders are processed as per company’s policies and procedures.
•Represent the company with tadawul meeting.
•Coordinate with the company managers for overall business developing.
•Participate with new ideas to company.
•Coordinate with the IT Department on development of the trading systems.
•Prepare periodical progress status reports about the company’s performance and compare with plans and objectives.
•Review Departments Reports.
•Review and approve accounts opening and related documents.
•Review pricing services provided and suggest any amendments.
•Monitor competitive company offers in terms of capital market activities.
•Meet clients and prospect clients to help in promoting the company’s financial services.
•Set target and objectives for the sales unit and support them to achieve their targets.
•Develop and manage client relationship and maintain client confidentiality.
•Coordinate with the back office to insure the smoothness of the work procedure and to make sure that all reports are going to clients on time.
•Maintain proper documentation and filing.

As the Operation Manager at Brokerage House Securities the following roles were part of my duties.
•Supervise all the work procedure and looking after the day to day work.
•Help to coordinate between all the departments (trading department, customer service department, accounting department and I.T Department.).
•Communicate with all level of managements.
•Lead and putting all the effort to motivate all the employees.
•Putting plans to develop the company, increase the turn over and the income of the company.
•Do all the corresponding with SCA, DFM and ADSM as well as all the companies that we deal with inside and outside the UAE.
•Maintain good relations with the Authorities, ADSM and DFM market.
•Make sure that the company is complying with the SCA, ADSM & DFM rules and regulations.
•Handle customer queries and complaints.
•Attending Seminars and general meetings organized by the financial market.
•Hiring new staffs develop & motivate.
•Handling the advertisements issues.
• Negotiate in behalf of the company with the help of our CEO.
• Help in bringing new ideas to expand our company.
• Establishing New Departments.
•Establishing new branches inside the UAE and outside as well.
• Appointed as the officer in charge for the ISO Matters in the company.
•Receiving the internal audit reports and do the necessary adjustments if needed.

As a Chief Dealer I was handling the following duties:
•Including all the dealing procedures from placing the clients orders,
•confirming the trades to the clients,
•handling and solving the clients problems,
•supervise all the dealers work,
•checking the trades,
•checking and comparing all the records and the executed orders on a daily basis,
•Insuring that the firm and the staff are following the rules and regulations of the markets and authority,
• Coordinate with the customer service department and the accounting department in all the costumer issues whenever it is needed and requested,
•Controlling our settlement position during the trading hours and do the necessary.
•Reporting to my management on a daily, weekly, monthly and whenever it is needed,

As a Chief Dealer my duties include all the dealing procedures which is related to forex, stocks, futures, Options and CFDs. Also supervising the dealers works, handling and solving the clients problems and analyzing the market news and movements. Besides Helping our stuff in preparing the Daily Reports.
Prepare the monthly commission for the Company and Brokers. Analyze the Brokers and Traders work through the month by tracing the changes that occurs to the client's accounts, the lots that has been made, withdrawals, and deposits, starting balance, Ending balance, Total Profit or Loss.

As a chief dealer in forex and CFD'S market my duties were includes focusing on all the dealing procedures, supervising the dealers works, handling and solving the clients problems and analyzing the market news and movements. Besides covering our client's positions with the clearing house.

Worked as a dealer in the international stock market and currencies with the ability to handle all kind of trades ( currencies spot and futures, stocks, indexes, commodities, and options )

worked as a promoter for the English text books in the universities, schools and institutes for Longman and Addison Wesley publishers. My main job was to convince the teachers and the doctors to use our courses and our books in order to adopt them as a main text book for the students
