 Trouble shooting, administration and support of Windows 2008, 2012 Server and MS Exchange 2010 on Dell EqualLogic and Compellent Storage at all levels.

 Manages Email Spam Filter using Barracuda appliance.
 Providing IT budget by obtaining competitive prices from suppliers to ensure cost effectiveness.
 Provide administrative functions such as IT equipment inventory support (Asset Management) and ordering as per IT audit requests.

 Manages and monitors Network/Internet Traffic using Watch Guard Firewall / Nagios Tool to ensure smooth traffic.

 Responsible for resolving issues with PCs, Laptops, mobile devices, MFP/Printers, AV conferencing system & Access Control System & Cisco IP Telephony (CUCM).
 Diagnosis of Desktop Applications, Network & Infrastructure issues.
 Monitors the internal control system to ensure that appropriate access levels are maintained.
 Manages and supports Mac & Windows OS, Microsoft Office 2010, 2013 and any other authorized desktop applications like SAP, SharePoint at user level.
