• Full ownership and Responsible for planning and implementing Jumeirah’s multimillion-dollar Global paid search (PPC) campaigns across multiple search engines and in all core languages
• Setting up the SEM KPI’s and strategy on a group, area and hotel level Achieved a consistent ROI 10:1
• Managing SEO campaigns (website and mobile SEO) to increase natural keyword rakings, which includes on-site optimization, booster packages, and link building activities and reporting.
• Create integrated online marketing campaigns across multiple channels using analytical tools such as Coremetrics, Google Adwords, Google Insights and eMarketer ensuring Jumeirah.com is publicized appropriately
• Full ownership of Chinese market online and also accountable for Jumeirah’s content management on Jumeirah.com, mobile site, social media channels and various content distribution channels
• Act as content manager for all Jumeirah.com websites, approving and publishing all content requests from other departments / SBUs, ensuring communications quality, brand appeal, user experience, is maintained at all times
• In charge of marketing and strategy across all digital channels, the website mandarin content and content on social channels and monthly newsletter.
