I am a key member of FORUS during a period of drastic growth in both operating/selling revenue and new investments/developments. My tasks and responsibilities in FORUS are:
- Budgeting and financial planning for current and prospective projects/subsidies.
- Building complex financial models (cash flow models, pro-forma financial statements, scenario and sensitivity analysis for both current and prospective projects)
- Finance structuring: Debt raising, debt management, and equity finance.
- Evaluating investment opportunities.
- Participating as a key member in setting up strategy and expansion plans.
- In charge Finance Director.
• Report to: Partners of the Transaction Advisory Services, and Director of Real Estate Advisory.
• Manage: Analysts, Senior Analysts, Supervisors, and Managers - Project basis.
• Responsibilities in the job:
- Manage engagement leads (from pre-proposal to post proposal stage).
- Lead client engagement teams executing business advisory services which support key decision makers.
- Demonstrate advanced knowledge of all phases and aspects of methodology across different types of transaction engagements.
- Assess clients’ state of readiness with respect to people, resources, planning, data collection and strategy, identifying high-risk areas, unidentified issues and areas for overall improvement.
- Lead Real Estate Advisory projects (feasibility studies, valuation, best use analysis, strategy formation, due diligence, and financing structure ), including market assessments, competitor studies and opportunity assessments.
- Supervise, coach, and mentor all levels of staff.
- Oversee Third Parties/Subject Matter Experts (SME).
• Report to: Partners in the Transaction Advisory Services, and Director of Real Estate Advisory.
• Manage: Analysts, Senior Analysts, and Supervisors of the Transaction Advisory Services - Project basis

- Execute business advisory services including feasibility studies, market research, financial modeling, and financial analysis.
- Demonstrate knowledge of all phases and aspects of methodology across different types of transaction engagements.
- Coach, and mentor Analysts.

• Responsibilities in the job:
- Conduct feasibility studies, valuation, best use analysis, location advisory, and due diligence.
- Develop expansion schemes/plans.
- Promote and Market DMM’s projects.
- Help in improving overall growth and profitability of the company.
CCFI (Currently Known as Aldukheil Financial Group - AFG), is a local firm specialized in providing management, financial, economic and IT advisory services.
• Report to: President (the Owner).
• Responsibilities in the job:
- Conduct market studies, feasibility studies, valuation, location advisory, and dispute advisory.
- Help in improving overall growth and profitability of the company.
- Establish connections with clients/potential clients from the phase of “RFP” to closing the deal.
