I have worked for almost 5 years as Public Relations Officer. My duties include renewing commercial licenses, Civil Defense approvals, , other licenses' renewing requirements
For 6 weeks, I worked as at trainee for Khidmah in the engineering department. During this training period I've gained knowledge including: - Supervising and following up on all BMS and electrical systems maintenance activities, as well as troubleshooting and resolving daily power issues
- Completing equipment inspections, tests and operational checks.
- Conducting field inspections of existing structures to determine the necessity for future construction, repair, or maintenance.
- Using electrical testing equipment such as multi-meter, megger, and oscilloscope.
- Implementing the preventative maintenance plan MEP work, Building Automation, HVAC, Lifts, Fire and Safety.
- Dismantling minor electrical equipment and replace or repair parts.
- Assessing the BMS performance on a continuous basis, through using standard techniques and reporting major incidents.
- Developing a first-class service to support complex, multi-disciplined sites and the requirements of the client.
- Monitoring and evaluating performance levels of employees.
- Preparing departmental reports and reports concerning field conditions, the progress of projects.
