• Reviewing the development techpack from buyer & clarify on all necessary info with buyer to proceed the development.
• Co ordination with buyers and collect latest product designs, color scheme and fabric qualities.
• Work with fabric mill and develop the desk loom/ strike off/ lab dips as per buyer requested and send for approval.
• FPT & GPT submission to the buyer.
• Work on development sample, fit sample and fallow up with approval from buyer and updating the comments to CAD for pattern correction.
• Reviewing on the updated BOM and working with supplier for the Fabric and Trim cost to finalize the FOB to buyer.
• Upon receipt of order confirmation ordering the trims and fabric as per requirement.
• Fallow up with suppliers for the best ETD & ETA.
• Submission of Development, Fit sample and PP sample prior to bulk and get the approvals on time.
• Internal meeting with production, planning, quality to clarify on the style and delivery dates.
• Giving clarification to production and quality team if required related to style workmanship/trims etc.
• Conduct pre-production (PP) meeting with other departments, handover production file and samples to the production team.
• Follow-up on daily production status and Shipments from allotted factories.
• Updating Weekly report to buyer on the basis of shipment status.

• Reviewing the development techpack from buyer & clarify on all necessary info with buyer to proceed the development.
• Put the developments into work by call out all fabrics & trims from supplier with the prices. Work out on initial costing & need to submit buyer cost sheet to Marketing manager.
• Regular communication with Buyer, Liaison office respectively in regards of sampling and production.
• Besides handling the respective accounts (including costing-sampling-production), need to ensure the shipments are sent on time and by Sea.
• Reviewing targets and allocating work to concern departments and ensuring the production and sampling deliveries within time, budget and stipulated quality standards.
• Involved in pre-production activities with the IE dept. to ensure the garments are made in a non-complicated and production feasible manner.
• Organizing approvals at various stages of garmenting process& communicating with buyer for shade approval, bulk approval, fit sample approval, preproduction sample approval and size set approval before starting bulk production.
• Extensive follow-up with all the concerned departments (Fabric - Accessories/Trims - Planning - Production - Documentation & Shipping) to ensure smooth execution of the shipment.
