A challenging role as a client managing design from Concept stage to
Construction documentation and supporting Delivery team from
tendering through construction. Dealt on landscape design of Hospitality, Public realm, Residences and Recreational in Amaala destination Triple Bay assets - Four Seasons resorts, Six Senses resorts, Rosewood residences, CLP, Jayasom, Ocean Golf residences & resorts, Ridge residences, Staff village, Share facilities Hub, Civic assets, Wellness route / Linear Park and the Red Sea destination - Sports and Entertainment District. Besides managing the Design Consultant, also assisted the procurement team in preparing EoIs, Employer requirements, RFPs, Bidder query responses, respective Technical evaluation etc., .

Performed a role of Design manager, where the role includes supporting and advising the Client (Sports Boulevard Foundation - RCRC) in timely and quality Design workshops, presentations, and submissions, managing various design schedules with the Team including but not limited to Designer submissions, Design reviewer and Comments resolution, minuting meetings, managing RFIs, contributing to Weekly and Monthly reports, Bids - Technical evaluation, Prequalification assessments, supporting QAQC, etc., .

Riyadh Metro - Riyadh Development Authority
As a Landscape Manager, managing the design and build contract of FAST consortium for the Riyadh Metro project - Landscape (PMCM). Scope of work includes updating client on design and construction progress, having workshops and meetings with contractor in review of his technical submissions; Coordinating with other disciplines, packages and authorities; Auditing contractor (Technical audit) with the QA team; following schedules in submission and construction. Training Architecture Internship students as part of the programme.

Dhahran Residential Campus Extension - ARAMCO
As a Lead Landscape Architect, designed the Landscape of Dhahran residential campus - Phase 2 in coordination will all the necessary trades. Also involved in the design development stage of Phase-1 of the same campus. Although the period was less with the team, a colossal work has been delivered across.

Working as a Senior Landscape Architect, with a colossal team of planners and engineering in developing the various housing projects of Ministry of Housing, right from the concept to construction. Scope of work includes the preparation of concept design, presentations for clients, inter - trade coordinations, preparing BOQ, Specifications, Tender drawings, replying contractor queries, design development, Construction drawings, Site visits and coordinations

Employed as a Project architect in planning and designing Housing for the Tsunami affected people of Tamilnadu. Being a Team went for Site visits on Tsunami affected areas along of the east coast of India from Kanyakumari to Pondicherry; reported all the issues and requirements; analyzed them and gave proposals to government regarding the same. Also conducted design competitions and seminars with Architects, Landscape architects, Conservation architects, Structural, Geotechnical and other experts & scientists from Indian Institute of Technology to achieve the appropriate solutions for the rehabilitation.
Have been appointed in the same university as a visiting faculty for the B.Sc (Sustainable Technology Management); gave lectures and classes on Sustainability, Green buildings and Ecological balance in Environment). Also got a chance to join and learn in a couple of Workshops on Rural construction materials and its construction techniques.
