Responsible for conceptualizing the setup of all restaurants in line with guidelines and as per standards of Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense and DTCM.
Handled the recruitment process of the pre-opening team . Executive recruitment's as well as staff. Entire monitoring from sourcing candidates till joining.
Preparing work related reports to update status on various tasks achieved, as well as participating in the staff recruitment and training.
Coordinating with the various designers as well as suppliers for all issues regarding the finalization of main kitchen, back areas storage's and equipment's.
Conducting and mentoring the meetings for updation of completed and pending work; also responsible for CGS finalization.
Handled the budgeting and forecasting of F&B revenues as well as the market survey to establish the positioning statements of the F&B outlets, while setting deadlines for staff to complete assigned job.
Accountable for establishing SOP's for multi-cuisine All Day Dining Restaurant, Sportsman Bar, Oriental Specialty Restaurant, Banquets and a Coffee Shop being a key member.
