Duties and Responsibilities.

Vendor Pre-qualification .Analyze supplier information, product quality, terms of payment and engagement for long-term relationship, feedback, and communication metrics to measure the effectiveness of communication strategies and identify opportunities for improvement.

Procurement Quality Management.Done through maintaining the organizations and industry quality standards by checking brands certification and quality compliance research.

Gather feedback from customers, clients, and the public to identify areas for improvement and inform communication strategies. This may include conducting surveys, monitoring online reviews, and analyzing customer feedback.

Work collaboratively with other departments or teams within the organization, such as marketing, hospitality and Advocates Training Program (ATP) to ensure alignment in messaging and communication efforts.

Assist with marketing-related inquiries and providing information about products or services to customers. This may involve cross-selling or upselling products and services based on customer needs and preferences.

Responding to and managing crises or delay in inventory delivery and suppy that could impact the organizations reputation. This involves redadant inventory management and timely replenishment of inventory.
Provide assistance and support to customers before, during, and after their interactions with the organization. This includes answering questions, troubleshooting problems, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Achievements
Reduced obsolete inventory through forecast purchases by accurate redadencey management. This helped the organization in cost related reduction and handling time, workforce and space needed making the department 100% efficient.
Successfully assisted in the preparation of the procurement department policy and documentation for 100% effective operations
