o Recommend solutions proactively required by customers to enhance client satisfaction.

Greet customers on the sales floor, determine the customer's needs and provide information on the make, type, and comparative quality of the merchandise desired as well as suggest an appropriate selection of complimentary merchandise.
Conduct computer hardware equipment demonstrations on the sales floor; provide information on the benefits and uses of a variety of accessories; answer customer’s questions and encourage them to purchase the products being demonstrated.
Upgrade, repair, test and clean desktop computer systems.
Provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to achieve sales goal and maximize customer satisfaction
o Provide technical assistance to the office staff.
o Installing and configuring computer hardware and software.
o Assisting the head of IT in any technical concerns.
o Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults.
o Maintaining records of software licenses.
