Achieving the monthly assigned KPIs
•Handling customers’ inquiries & complaintsby using the first call resolution technique, in addition to explaining offers to customers
.Consistently meet and exceed sales targets
•.Conduct calls on daily basis, to acquire clients; visit them and cross sell bank products and services.
•.Maintain and develop relationship with customers and partners to meet the sales deliverables.
•.. Sign Clients with ensure completing the manual forms including Account opening, Credit card applications and loan deals within the set timeline and submit the same to the concerned department.
•Conduct simple market research and recommend promising locations generate future business
•.Resolve clients' issues by offering alternative solutions and ensure effective follow-ups
•Provide periodic reports of visits, achievements, problems, customers' feedback and any other tips that help the team to achieve desired goals
