As Independent Consultant, provided critical financial analysis and forecasting to client firms in a range of industries as well as project finance also provided support and advising to clients for accomplishing financial objectives marked for their companies in the areas of financial strategic planning focused in debt restructuring, sensibility analysis, business and enterprises valuation and in others areas of financial management.
Key Responsibilities (not limited at):
• Responsible of the accounts of several companies, providing advise and help in matters within finance arena, specially (not limited at) in Complex Financial Modeling, Project Finance, Recapitalization, Sensibility Analysis, Business Process Optimization, Business / Enterprise Valuation, Financial Consolidation, Reconciliation, Tax, CCA, SOTP, DCF, WACC, Business Intelligence, LBO.
• Oversaw all finance planning & analysis of companies or projects assigned, coordinating with senior management of these creating a continuous flow of financial information as result all companies assigned were able to create a real time financial information system.
• Created several finance modelers and Project finance, as result, it was achieved that over 70% of these companies reduced their cost (Capital, Operating.) on over 10% (average).
• Collaborated with modeling areas in the companies as result it was created a software application developed in the financial modeling department.
• Assisted in strategic initiatives and critical decisions.
• Conducted the debt restructuring of one group in the commercial sector (OTC, Pharmaceuticals), as result the group reduce their financial distress and came back to benefits.
• Managed special projects (Balance Scorecard, Production Scorecard, Complex Modelers of Cost, leveraged buyout (LBO), Stock valuation) in various companies, and, I conducted business process optimization as well as the implementation and recommendation of process improvements.
• Oversaw various projects in the strategic arena across different industrial sector.

• Manager of finance, control and production team. (10 direct employees and 140 indirect employees).
• Managed all production of this program and commercial matters in the delegation, reporting to CEO and Technical Director.
