Coordinate with the Consultant, Section Engineers, Site Engineers, Technical Engineers, Sub-contractors, Testing laboratory and Ready mix Suppliers
Responsible for the supervision, inspection and implementation of approved Quality Standards and Procedure during construction on all phase of Civil, Structural and Architectural.
Ensure that Quality Control Procedures are being followed and implemented properly.
Responsible for identifying non-conformities of works and proposed corrective action ensuring that is being done properly and correctly during re-construction.
Witness field sampling and testing activities / Manage all site field tests, listed in the specifications.
Study and review the issued for construction drawings, plans, detail and specifications to ensure that all works implemented and carried at the site conforms to approved Project Quality Program, Procedures and Requirements.
Ensure all Quality Control Records are kept up-to-date and filed.
To ensure all Method Statements, Inspection and Test plans have been approved and are progressing as planned.
Preparing reports as required.
Responsible for day to day site work
Interact with the Design Group, Project Manager for clarification in design/ RFI etc.
Daily reporting about progress, noncompliance, delay of work to the Construction Manager
Ensure that Communication regarding any changes in plan have reached the engineers/ Contractor and Sub-contractor’s representatives.
Conduct regular Job site inspections.
Coordination for verification of extra claims raised by the contractor
Ensure construction QA/QC processes are being implemented by the contractor & sub-contractors
Implement technical and safety requirements for the project
Actively monitor the work environment for hazards
Follow up with site engineers of Contractor and/or subcontractor to ensure that work is being carried out as per design drawings, specifications & meeting planned dates in schedule
Identify and highlight possible risk on project
Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise.
Witness field sampling and testing activities (Field density test, Radiographic test, Dry Penetrant test, etc.).

Acting as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, and in-house workers
Ensuring the quality of Roads works and Buildings as per Specifications and Standards
Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations;
Ensuring all materials used and work performed are as per specifications;
Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials and plant;
Liaising with any consultants, sub-contractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project;
Liaising with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress.
Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors;
Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines;
Overseeing quality control, health and safety matters on site;
