Plant Machinery Vehicle section (PMV): • Directing and coordinating the daily operations of the PMV department. • Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our operations expectations. • Decision maker on procuring heavy equipment’s, machineries and major assets. • Working directly with the departments head maintenance & procuring the services required at all times. • Duties include instituting policies & procedures, training supervisors, mechanical team & administrators, maintaining maintenance schedule, giving performance review and motivating team to meet production goals. • Responsible for allocating resources effectively & fully utilize the assets to produce optimal results and also to initiate in increasing the assets as and when required. • Commit to plant safety procedures, Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions.
