•Leading a team of15 Staff in puravida (SouthAmerican) Restaurant
•Making the duty roster the staff
•Maintenance & cleanliness of the restaurant
•Controlling the bar variance.
•Sales & promotion of the restaurant.
•Managing conflicts at the workplace & guest complaints & dealing with the local people.
•Attend regular meeting to conduct the daily briefing.
•Training the staff to maintain the Hilton standards at all time.
•Working in close cooperation with the kitchen, stewarding & the cashier for the smooth running of the operation.
•Taking care of the F&B menu
in a multi fine dining Restaurant.
