• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
• Receive and greet company visitors and customers and direct them to appropriate destinations within the company as per their needs.
• Provide administrative, logistic and sales support to other departments(Accounts, HR, Warehouse and Sales)

resolution preventing customer recontacts.
• File a dispute or claim upon customers request or recommend alternative
solutions to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes to both parties.
Monitoring of customer accounts, follow-up collection as required.
• Receiving of payments and issuance of invoice.
• Posting of invoices, receipts, and credit memos.
• Preparation of month-end reports.
• Assists in the over-all operation of the Accounts Department.
