Provide professional and technical advice to department management and section manager, and to other members within section/department. Also, conduct technical studies aiming to develop the work of the section/department.
Supervise, manage (as appropriate), and coordinate the processes of Strategic and Operational Planning in the department; including participation in the development and review of the organization strategic plan, and development and follow up of the department operational plan and related KPIs.
