I'm a Civil Engineer specialized in project management, construction and engineering management with over ‎‏2‏‎9 years experience. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Civil), with grade very good, from Menofia University, ‎Egypt 1990; Masters of Business Administration (project management) from Sikkim Manipal University, India, 2010, ‎and a (PGD) in Contracts and Arbitration from Helwan University, Egypt, 2014. I have extensive knowledge and ‎experience of creating charter, planning, managing, directing and monitoring both small and large scale projects ‎‎(Residential, Commercial, Villas and Infrastructure). ‎
My expertise includes Project Management for Real Estate sector, Construction Management, Technical Feasibility ‎Study, Value Engineering and Team Management. I'm teaching courses of Project Management and Construction ‎Management at Open Arab Academy. Strong project management skills including design review, construction, occupancy, project time and budgeting. This includes:

• Reviewing projects business plans.‎
• Preparing initial budget and schedule
• Reviewing and checking tender documents, specifications, bills of quantities, and cost estimates.‎
• Pre-qualifying and selecting designers, engineering consultants and contractors.‎
• Following up architectural, engineering designs process with the consultant designer.‎
• Analyzing bids technically and commercially. ‎
• Monitoring project(s) actual cost v/s budget and schedule baseline
• Ensuring projects design stage is completed on time and on schedule.‎
• Developing procedures and documentation for the management
• Subcontract and contract management.‎
• Evaluating consultant and contractors performance.‎
• Reviewing & analyzing reports issued by consultants and contractors
• Preparing progress reports for the top management and attending board meeting.‎
• Provide active and direct support to the marketing and sales divisions

Managing the process of real estate, land development and educational projects including design and ‎construction management from inception stage till delivery. The process includes:‎
• Pre-qualifying architectural designers, engineering consultants and contractors.‎
• Supervising the architectural, engineering designs process with consultants.‎
• Managing the efforts and operations related to educational projects.‎
• Managing meetings with consultant and contractor.‎
• Controlling the project cost and time frame.‎
