● Enhances sales staff performance and competence by planning delivery of solutions; provides guidance for new team members and teaching improved processes.
● Keeps the Team Supervisor informed by submitting activity and reports; such as weekly reports, work plans and monthly analyses.
● Achieves and exceeds goal through sales strategies, gaining new customers and maintaining and building
productive long-term relationships with the existing ones.

● Maintain a regular call cycle to existing DHL Customers to build strong, multi level relationships within the
company to maintain existing DHL sales revenue as customers continue to trade
● Probe, question and understand completely customers’ needs and requirements to understand where DHL’s service offering can add value to the their business
● Identify, negotiate and persuade potential and existing customers to maximize their use of DHL’s services to generate additional sales revenue.
● Take ownership of service failures and ensure the correct person resolves the issue so that all customer
complaints and problems are handled quickly and efficiently.

● Acts as an ambassador for DHL at all times and attends to customer needs in a proactive, professional, friendly and courteous manner.
● Process all shipments accepted at the counter accurately and enter relevant data so as to ensure perfect waybills thus offering DHL’s most suitable service to the customer
● Promote and sell DHL’s value-added services such as Insurance, Import Express and Time Definite Deliveries and participate actively in the Sales Lead program to contribute to the country revenue
● Work effectively both individually and as part of a team to achieve both individual and department goals and objectives and strive consistently to promote a positive team spirit
● Deal competently with customer complaints and take all possible actions to resolve the issue to their fullest satisfaction with minimal intervention of team leaders
● Keep record of the supplies and also the float money and submit to accounts a cash summary of the total cash sales at the end of each day.

●Front-line airport customer service.
●Handles airport limo-style transfers for first/business class passenger of BA, AF/KLM, EY, MH and
guests from travel agencies.
●In charge of car rentals, online bookings, phone queries, daily bank reports.
●Deals and resolves customer complaints.
