I did my training in country garden in the largest project in Malaysia which is Iskandar project in Johor.I worked as site engineer in the first part and the second part I involved in the structural engineering activities.during my internship program, I was exposed to real-life field experience where I worked besides engineers and technicians through whom I gained enormous benefits. Being a trainee Engineer is a responsibility. Therefore, I had to play my part in the company that I worked for; I had to add something valuable to the company's outcome. I accomplished that by submitting a proposal to the company technical management suggesting how company practices and performance can be improved through exploitation of the latest technology by shifting from manual to automated systems. At the end I was awarded by the company for the contribution after the proposal was justified from engineering viewpoint.
