• 6 X 13.5 MW WHRSG BOILER & POWER PLANT - (ULTRATECH CEMENTS LTD- ADITYA BIRLA GROUP)
• 3 X 30 TPH WHRSG BOILER PROJECT - (GAS AUTHORITY INDIA LTD GUJARAT - GAIL)
• 2 X 60 MW THERMAL POWER PLANTS - (GUPTA ENERGY LTD)
• 1 X 30 MW THERMAL POWER PLANT - (CHINCHOLI SUGARS)
• 1 X 60 MW THERMAL POWER PLANT - (KRISHNA GODAVARI POWER LTD)
Electrical & Instrumentation Activities:-
• Erection & Commissioning of all turbine & boiler accessories related to power plants.
• Performing erection as per P&ID, GA, hook up and site condition
• Erection & Commissioning of CT's, PT's & all relays related to boiler & turbine.
• Erection, testing and commissioning of all HT, LT motors, actuators, solenoid valves etc.
• Erection & Calibration of all instruments like CT, PT, LT, FT, CV & MOV etc.. for Power, oil & gas plants.
• Cable Tray and cabling, loop checking to all ( power & control) equipments & instruments for power plants.
• Erection, Pre commissioning checks & commissioning of all electrical HT & LT panels for Turbine & Boiler MCC.
• Erection & Commissioning of various types of Dampers in process, power cum oil & gas plants.
• Erection & Commissioning of all control panels like TSI, GRP, GCP, GOVERNOR & AVR panels.
• Erection & Commissioning, Testing of HT bus ducts & LT bus ducts.
• Experience in erection & commissioning of MCC, PCC, PLC & DCS systems.
• Experience in Operation & Maintenance of MCC, PCC, HT, LT, TCC, DCS, and PLC panels.
• Involved in C & I Impulse piping & tubing for instruments on power & gas plants.
• Commissioning of all HT & LT motors related to power & gas plants.
• Experience in conducting hydro tests, punch point clearance, PG tests & hand over of the Plants.
• Experience in working at HIGH HAZARDOUS ZONES following SAFETY.
• Co-ordination with Customers for the Technical Information.
• Smooth interaction with Co-workers with planning, man power deployment & management.
• Achieve Quality target as per the QAP Plan & Customer's Requirement.
• Performing maintenance of all STG & Boiler Equipments in power plants.
• Handling & maintaining the materials at site with quality.
• Operation knowledge & Experience of WHRSG'S & THERMAL POWER PLANTS.
Mechanical Activities:-
• Involved in the erection of condensing steam turbine (NTC make, Dong Fang, Quing Dong)
• Ability to understand layout drawings and practice erection.
• Played a vital role in erecting and leveling of condenser (DFPC make) and Deaerator.
• Erection & Commissioning knowledge on STG auxiliaries.
Erection & Commissioning
• Completed Bachelors of Engineering (Electrical & Electronics Engineering) in 2010 from Anna University, Coimbatore With 8.52 CGPA. • Completed Diploma in Electrical and Electronics from VLB Janakiammal polytechnic college, Coimbatore with 86%. • Completed Xth / Schooling From Carmel Garden Matric Hss in 2004 with 72%.
