Responsible for managing the entire L&D department and its primary functions for the group's various business lines, viz. ABC Consultants, HeadCount, FlexAbility, Chairman's High Circle (CHC) and HeadHonchos.com.

In-charge of creating the Bi-annual Training Calendar and Executive Education Programs for all business lines. The programs and workshops are integrated into Learning Paths/Growth Plans across roles and levels in each organisation.

Responsible for the creation, design, development and certification of all internal and external training content, for both ILT programs and E-Learning courses.

Regularly diagnosing learning and performance gaps and subsequently recommending, developing and delivering appropriate training solutions, programs and workshops for middle and senior management is an on-going responsibility.

Preparing, managing and reviewing internal departmental budgets to optimize ROI.

Personally manage and operate a training consulting wing, generating revenue for the organisation and building key client relationships. Currently providing L&D consulting, HR & Training online tools, mentoring and coaching services, TTT certification, customized E-Learning courses and customized content development services for external clients in the Human Resources, Hospitality, FMCG, ITES, Retail and Banking industry.

Integrated L&D workflows and SOP’s to the HRIS, allowing all aspects of training MIS, nominations, approvals, certification, action-planning and personal training management for all employees to become online. Concurrently building an online training library to allow knowledge content and presentations to be viewed anytime, anywhere.

Successfully developed and currently control a "learning series" campaign for ABC Consultants which involves internal SME’s delivering industry specific knowledge and awareness sessions within regional teams and business centers.

Managed all learning initiatives and administration for the Bank's North and East Indian regions, alongside overall country-wide initiatives and special projects of Learning & Development under the aegis of "YES SCHOOL Of BANKING" (YSB).

Controlled all training requirements (including Compliance and License training) of Branch Banking, Commercial Banking, Corporate Finance and Operations departments, with a focus on customized program and content delivery through design and objective alignment.

Successfully coordinated and designed in-house projects aimed at large change and improvement initiatives such as: Custom LMS, E-Learning Induction Module, Customer Service Campaign and Performance Development Paths.

Consistently monitored performance metrics and actively used evaluation results to identify developmental needs. Shared data to provide advice to senior management on training and development needs which contribute to achieving corporate and departmental objectives and continuously assisting long-term change management projects.

Directed the negotiation of terms with external providers of training services in accordance with financial budgets and long-term strategic partnership goals.

Spearheaded YSB's Talent Development Programs such as Y-PEP, YES MENTOR and YES CONNECT. Controlled the
university relations wing, which included administrative & creative control of the organization’s campus micro-site (www.cocubes.com/yesbank).

Delivered training workshops on Building High Performance Teams, Enhanced Selling Skills, Key Account Management, Managerial Excellence, Corporate Etiquette and Grooming, Customer Service, Business Writing, Professional Communication, Effective Feedback, Motivation and Personal Breakthrough Management.

Manager - Training at Kingfisher Airlines

Set up the Learning and Development portfolio and E-Learning function in the Airline. The portfolio included managing Corporate & Leadership Learning, Communication & Customer Service Training, Process & Product Training, Reservation, Ticketing & Airport Training, Behavioral Training, Call Center Learning Interventions, Frequent Flyer Program Briefings and ad-hoc training requests made in the organization.

Main KRA’s included creating and maintaining the ‘Bi-Annual Corporate Training Calendar’ for the Airline, with an additional role of designing and delivering several behavioral, leadership and corporate skill based training programs for a strength of over 7500 employees, across two airlines (Kingfisher and Kingfisher Red).
Managed and delivered all liaison training programs with the Flight Operations, In-flight & Guest Services departments.

Served as "Master-Trainer" for all Behavioral, Communication and Customer Service training programs across departments.

Initiated and controlled the training vendor process and university affiliations for all management and leadership programs, with an aim to increase high-level learning within the organization.

Developed the capability and capacity of the department to 'generate income’ without adversely affecting the performance of its core role. Head the Business Development, Design and Delivery functions of the in-house training center, offering training workshops and services to external organizations.
