Civil Project Engineer

Liaise to Maintain the oil and gas team and system in the company.
Collaborate with stakeholders for Design, Procurement and execution of the project.
Lead the construction team and monitor the QA/QC team & Procurement team.
Assist the client and consultant in technical discussions, inspections & project review.
Prepare MTO and liaise with QS, Costing & Procurement department for effective cost survey.
Liaise with planning team to prepare work schedules, manpower and equipment histograms.
Coordinate with planning and costing department for preparing variations and EOT’s.
Plan ahead and coordinate with QP officials (MIC) for obtaining CPW/E-CPW/PTW work permits.
Prepare scope of works for subcontractors and Monitor their work at site.
Prepare & submit various Project reports to project controls and Client..
Maintain a safe and cheerful working environment at site.
Execute the work as per drawings and project standards.
Plan the work at site according to Project schedule.
Prepare and control E-CPW and PTW permits required for the work.
Identify and arrange the resources required for the work.
Review the Schedule, Drawings and Quality documents.
Monitor and control the subcontractor work.
Generate work progress reports and forecast hindrances.
Coordinate between different disciplines and subcontractors to maneuver the work at site.
Assist QC team for inspections and tests.
Liaise with Site HSE Engineer to maintain a healthy work culture.
Prepare project documents pertaining to Quality part of the project.
Submit Weekly and Monthly QA/QC Reports.
Review the Quality documents submitted by subcontractors.
Conduct field tests and material tests as per ITP and submit the reports to client.
Conduct inspections at site and ensure the compliance with project quality plan.
Prepare and maintain records (Log sheets) for test reports, inspections, material delivery, NCR's,
calibration expiry's, submissions, observations etc.
Liaise with Consultant and supplier for finding alternative materials or working methodology.
Conduct internal audits and address the audits from IMS.
Coordinate with disciplines at site to prepare the clearance sheets and to maneuver the works.
Procure the materials from approved vendors as per site requirement.
Track the purchase flow till the process culminates in the payment.
Expand the purchase periphery by adding more suppliers and materials.
Keep record of all the purchase and subcontract payments for final evaluation of project.
