• Support the following technologies: Microsoft Office products - Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, Internet Explorer, Windows OS Xp to Windows 8, desktops, laptops, printers, networked copiers, NIC’s, basic LAN/WAN connectivity troubleshooting with firewall and switches, cabling and others as assigned.
