Review periodically requirements of process & improvements for better products quality & customer satisfaction.
Reporting to MD regarding the monthly performance of Plant & Machinery.
Site inspection, complaint investigation, remedial action & failure analysis.
Create technical documents and compliances for the specific project.
Maintaining QA system of the organization and implementation of relevant QA procedures and documentations.
QHSE internal audit.
Documentation according to ISO.
Defect analysis against the customer complains.
Inspection of in-coming raw material quality according to req. internal standard.
To set and control the quality of the producing components as per required standard ( DIN, BSEN, BS, ASTM)
To study and understand the relevant standards to be used as reference in the quality control activities.
Maintaining quality records to provide objective evidence of compliance and for ISO.
To review the results of calibration and initiate appropriate action where equipment is found out of order.
To conduct the internal calibration for all testing equipment calibrated internally.
To provide training on different subject related to plastics..
Responsible for high production with statical Quality control.
