Block Lead - Queensland LNG
•Provided direction as the block lead engineer for the off-sites facilities as well as the temporary facilities to be used during the construction period of a two (2) train Australian Queensland LNG project worth over $10 B producing 4.2 MTPA and is Bechtel’s largest lump sum LNG project to date (Project received the award of “ENR Global Best Project Award in power/industrial category”)
•Supervised six (6) engineers in the Houston office as well as four (4) engineers in the Shanghai office
•Completed all P&ID’s for responsible block despite having over 40% of all the P&ID’s for this project (average is 25% per block
•Work completed on permanent facilities include:
•Produced all of initial draft of the process related P&ID’s for the LNG process.
•Developed the P&ID’s for the LNG cryogenic storage tank.
•Flare Systems: distribution, KO pots, Flame Front Generator, purging, Marine, Dry and Wet flares and overall system design
•Waste water treatment and disposal: Sanitary treatment, CPI separators, disposal and distribution
•Firewater: Firewater tanks, jockey pumps and main FW pump design and distribution (both diesel and electric)
•Instrument Air: Screw compressors, KO pots, heat-less desiccant driers, inter and after stage cooling and distribution
•Sea water desalination: RO systems, EDI System as well as chemical treatment and storage. With the desalination process, we produced potable water, service water, demineralized water and fire water

•Diesel Storage and distribution as well as barge loading.

Project Engineer - Sunrise LNG
•Developed seventy-five (75) P&IDs and other documents relating to the pre-feed study for the Sunrise LNG plant in Australia

Lead Pipeline Engineer - Gas Treatment Pipeline

•Designed the chemical Injection System, well site layout and design, pipeline routing, project specifications, bid tab evaluation and vendor selection for a Gas Treatment Plan Pipeline to be installed in Iraq
•Created and processed all Material Requisitions and P&ID’s
of the Chilled Water system and the hot water systems to be used in the HVAC system for nuclear waste disposal in Washington State

Process Engineer -OSHA 1910 Compliance Project

•Updated P&ID's and created PFD's, preliminary flare header sizing, collating and calculating the safe operating limits for each process stream and every major piece of equipment and determining the consequences of deviation for each case scenario at the Broken Hill Proprietary Refinery in Hawaii
Shell Martinez Project
•Designed and developed the P&ID's, LDT and the pump calculations for the Instrument air, fuel gas & pump out systems
Process Systems Engineer -Aramchem Project
•Grass roots design of the Plant Air, Instrument Air, Diesel, Wash Oil and Fuel Gas Systems. Responsibilities included HAZOP's review, design of distribution headers, sizing of the plant and instrument air compressors, review of vendor prints, selection of vendors based on price and design requirements, sizing of air dryers and sizing of various tanks and pumps. Responsible for the preliminary process design of the fuel gas system using the HYSIM program.
Process Systems Engineer - Phillips Waste Water
•Upgraded the wastewater, storm water, and the underground P&ID's
•Advised Phillips of the actions necessary to meet OSHA requirements by 1995.
Process Systems Engineer - Angus Chemical
