Assumed position of Business Consultant with permanent stay in Tunisia to assist and advise the Tunisian Packaging Centre (Packtec) in collaboration with the Tunisian Ministry of Industry in the following areas:
• Organisational developments: Assistance in the revision of the strategic orientation, organisation’s portfolio, corporate structure and organisational processes
• Company personnel developments: Responsible for planning and organizing relevant training courses to develop company personnel
