Responsible on developing the rewards strategy and implementing best in class compensation standards, practices and custodian for the job Evaluation process
o Building the Compensation & benefits strategies & initiatives
o Designing the grading structure & salary structure
o Initiate C&B policies that ensure internal equity
o Manage the participation in salary surveys and market studies to enhance business savvy and ensure external equity & competition.
o Manage Promotions criteria, annual increases, bonus and profit sharing scenarios effectively based on best practices to ensure fair treatment & employees’ engagement aligned with business objectives.
o Link total rewards strategies to the company competencies framework.
o Manage Job evaluation process (HAY & MERCER methodologies)
o enhancing the organization design concept that includes;
o Providing consultation to line managers & VP’s for more effective organization structure.
- Having job profiles concept
- Redesigning consistent job matrix
- Link jobs to its real weight (grades) through job evaluation.
o Responsible on Manpower planning process to be integrated with all functions
o Control manpower budget all over the year.
o Manage Communication messages to employees through the company tools.
o Analyze, evaluate, implement and administer the compensation and benefit programs.
o Member & Custodian of the job Evaluation Committee within the company (Hay methodology).
o C&B related input for corporate decisions and day-to-day operations.
o Coordinate with consulting agencies to perform C&B salary survey & analyze the output data to determine the position in market.
o Follow up and implement the required procedures related to promotions, career change and/or transfers as well as termination and update payroll records accordingly.
o Manage payroll processing, ensuring smooth delivery of accurate payment for employees on timely basis.
o Implement the merit increase permitted within budgetary limits according to approved pay policies.
o Composes communications related to employee benefits activities and ensures that the company’s benefit offerings are comprehensive, competitive and user-friendly.
o Prepares the required analytical reports concerning the company’s compensation policies
o Proficient use of computerized HR information system.
o Contribute in managing & controlling the Company Head Count according to the approved budget.
o Monitoring the Salary Levels benchmark for each position.
o Major Contributor in designing Salary structure, grading structure & job matrix.
o Participate in assessment centers as a certified assessor for succession planning and selection criteria
activities.
o Analyze, evaluate, implement and administer the compensation and benefit programs.
