o Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives. o Increasing yearly sales volume through strategic budgeting and product promotion. o Monitoring customer buying trends, market conditions and competitor actions to adjust strategies and achieve sales goals. o Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company. o Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations. o Provide inspired leadership, technical and strategic consultancy for the organization. o Handle the annual financial reporting. o Evaluating performance and productivity. o Technical implementation and management of projects.

Material Engineer - responsible of the following:
o Coordinating with technical departments (IT, Network, PMO, and Technical) to purchase and procure materials, o Tendering and competitive bidding process, o Making buying decisions and documenting decision process. o Head of several Bid-Opening Committees. o VDSL and FTTx project: Supervision and acceptance

Quality Control - Supervisor:
o Supervising and coordinating with technical departments including Network department, IT department, Facility Management Department and PMO department. o Surveying and insuring the progress of diferent projects implementation (FTTx, VDSL, LTE, and others). o Chair of Fiber Optic receiving Committee and responsible for deployment of FTTx project (supervision, planning, implementation, testing, and performance acceptance test PAT). o Mentoring, developing, and training new staf members in coordination with the training department.

OSP and IT Design Engineer responsible of the following:
o Head of testing unit (Project supervision and management). o Testing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking systems.
o Troubleshooting network and software issues. o Overseeing installation, maintenance and testing of the cabling system, including the aerial and underground cables in PSTN and FTTx technologies. Smart City (Beit Misk) design and implementation. o Preparing specifications and working with diferent type of equipment for PSTN, FTTx, GPON and DSL network. o GIS project. Analyzing and georeferencing imported CAD and text files. o Generating maps for diferent type of data. o Designing and planning diferent type of fiber optic network (FTTB, FTTC, and FTTH) for Lebanon Project 2020, including Area Survey, Types of equipment, Bill of Quantities (BoQ), Demand Forecasting, Quality Control and Final Testing, and HLD and LLD. o Wi-Fi implementation, Supervised the unfolding of implanting 15 sites around the area of Beirut. o Procurement reviewer - ensuring that the items and services to build and maintain our advanced technology products are purchased from specified qualified suppliers and are delivered according to agreed terms and conditions.
